Refund Policy

Information to help you read the service, personal data, and your rights clearly.

Document version: beta-2026-10-23 · The effective date is shown in the document status.

Payment status

Payments are enabled via Doku. Check the plan, amount, access period, and methods shown before continuing to checkout.

The following terms are a guide for complaints and recovery when a legitimate purchase exists, including past transactions. Payments are only available when enabled through the official checkout; this policy does not promise automatic refunds.

Understand the offer before buying

The prices and plan contents above come from the app catalog. The checkout shows your transaction amount; past transactions follow the details in force when purchased. Periodic plans do not auto-renew. Unlimited plans are subject to a fair-use limit of 60 exports per hour.

Do not pay through a personal address/number not shown in the official checkout. Do not send OTPs or card data to the operator.

Payment and export problems

  • Double payment: send the transaction ID and relevant payment proof. The operator matches payments and assesses recovery, including a refund where an overpayment did occur.
  • Paid, rights not credited: check the status in Credits & Billing, then report if it does not match. The provider's status and transaction history are checked before a rights correction or recovery alternative is made.
  • Export failed: report the error message and the time it happened. The system is designed not to spend credits when export generation fails; if the rights record differs, ask for a review. The document may need correcting, or the export retried once the issue is resolved.
  • Downloaded file lost: for exports still on record, use re-download in the export history instead of paying for the same export again. Account deletion or files no longer available can limit recovery.
  • Result not as described: explain the difference from the offer or the file problem. A fix, the correct granting of rights, or a refund is considered based on the problem, evidence, and applicable rights; not a refund denial for every situation.

How to file a complaint

Use the operator contact. Include the account email, transaction/receipt ID if any, the date of the incident, a summary of the problem, and a redacted screenshot. Do not send the whole project document if an excerpt without sensitive data is enough to explain.

To cancel a purchase, contact the operator with the transaction ID and the service-fulfilment status. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on applicable rights, the offer at the time of purchase, and the service already delivered; not a refund guarantee for every situation nor an automatic denial.

The operator receives complaints, reviews evidence, asks for additional relevant information when needed, and conveys the findings or next steps. Processing time can be affected by payment-provider verification; requests are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law, with no automatic-refund promise or additional SLA.

This policy does not remove consumer rights under Indonesian law. If a complaint is not resolved, legitimate complaint or dispute-resolution channels remain available.
