Timeline Builder Pro uses the Mo Labs brand and is operated by an individual. Mo Labs is not a statement of being a PT or a registered legal entity.

Help and transaction complaints

Describe the problem and the outcome you expect. Include the account email, the time of the incident, the transaction/receipt ID if any, and a redacted screenshot of the error message. For export results, an excerpt without sensitive organizational data is better than the whole document.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, session tokens, full card numbers, or other people's personal information that is not needed. Payment identity is sufficiently established by the relevant transaction proof/ID.

The operator receives reports, reviews the relevant information, asks for additional information only when truly needed, and provides findings or next steps. Requests are handled within the deadlines required by applicable law, with no additional SLA or resolution-time guarantee beyond those obligations.

For payment and export-file cases, read the refund and recovery policy. Payments may not be available; the actual status is shown there.

Privacy requests and security reports

State the related email, the data category concerned, and your request — for example access, correction, deletion, or to stop being contacted about the waitlist. Verification must be proportional to the risk and your relationship to the data.

You do not need to send an ID card to start a request. If additional information is needed, the operator explains the reason and a safe way to send it. Do not share confidential data in a suspected-incident report; describe the impact and safe reproduction steps.

Deletion of certain records may be limited by legal obligations; the reasons and scope are explained in the follow-up. Data details, retention, and the limits of deleting device copies are in the privacy policy.
